Fix to "sata port" error with Geremia's unlock tool Winbond

THIS IS THE CLASSIC PROBLEM THAT IS PRESENTING THE TOOL OF GEREMIA, ON SOME MOTHERBOARD WITH STUBBORN CHIPSET:
Once you launch the tool as you see you get this status or the status of continuous 0x51:
The only thingto stabilizethe whole thing is:
Restart the PC
Turn on the Dvd Drive and, when PC is started, run "dosflash32 1.9"
Make sure to finish the cycle devices detection without any problem and without dosflash ask us to power cycle the driver
Run, another time, the Geremia's Tool without turn off the Dvd Drive and resend command
