[UPDATE 14 LUGLIO] X360Key 1.23: Lettore Hitach 0500i compatibile ... ma serve l'RGH!

Tramite un post del team Xkey sulla pagina Fan di Facebook, ci informano che effettuando l'RGH, decriptando la nand con la relativa CPU Key , esrtraendo due file di cui uno è fcrt.bin e l'altro ancora non si sà, si potrà emulare anche il lettore Hitachi 0500!

Soluzione a mio parere inutile .... una volta che si ha l'RGH a cosa serve aggiungere un ODE ?
Come ci accenna anche Raz ... giusto per le console dual nand!

Instructions:

1. Extract the three files « rootfs », « uImage » & « xkey.cfg »

2. Open xkey.cfg with Notepad and configure it if needed.
2.1 Add the three files to the root folder of a Flash Drive or HDD. (Make sure to « eject » the drive properly from the PC, it may otherwise cause corrupt files)

3. Connect the Flash drive or HDD to your xk3y remote and wait for the xk3y to start the update.
3.1 The remote OLED will now display « UPDATING – PLEASE WAIT » for about 35 seconds. (Do not turn off your XB360 or disconnect the remote while updating)

4. Once the update is completed, the OLED will display « UPDATE COMPLETE – RESET XBOX » Reboot your xbox and the xk3y should now be updated to the latest firmware.

5. That’s it! Continue to enjoy using xk3y with the new features!

NOTE! If you use the same drive as you store games on to do the update with, then its recommended (not needed) to remove the « rootfs », « uImage » & « xkey.cfg » from the root of your drive after a firmware update. Since keeping them there will cause the xk3y to check the files if they are a newer firmware version then stored on your xk3y micro SD card, and because of that take longer time for your HDD to be recognized.

be alla fine è sensata come cosa....si andrebbe a fare rgh come se si dovesse recuperare la key di un lettore morto per poi tornare a stock e usare odde che ti permette di andare online (credo)

Si io lo ritengo inutile, il problema è che ci so rimasti fregati per il fatto che c4eva non rilascia firmware nuovi e per far sentire che esistono qualcosa devono fare.

La cosa è soggettiva, un modder può consigliare al cliente quello che lui ritiene più oppurtuno, ma dalle mie parti c'è il detto "attacca l'asino dove vuole il padrone"

ragazzi per me e utile ad una parte delle persone, magari a chi ha una dual nand slim e nn vuole sprecare i suoi originali per il live.... un pò macchinosa come cosa ma va bene

anche se come tutti dicono che è inutile a livello utente finale. interessante per chi ha realizzato tale soluzione. potrebbe essere un primo passo. certo a chi deve solo giocarci con la xbox non interessa...

Ma come si fa a disabilitare l'ode se le corona non si accendono con l'eject??? Inoltre..... secondo loro per metter un ODE devo fare RGH???? Hanno segnato un pezzo di vita della xbox 360 gli ODE, adesso sono in declino e nn hanno piu' senso

Chi ti ha detto che le corona non si accendono con l'eject ?

Io ce l'accendo!

Non si accende con l'eject se stacchi e attacchi l'alimentatore e il primo avvio lo fai con eject, si sente solo il suono, se invece il primo avvio lo fai dal tasto di accensione normale e il secondo e tutti gli altri a seguire con l'eject parte.
(mi ricordo cosi ... è tanto che non l'accendo, posso dire anche una ca**ata)

Cmq in ogni caso va sempre detto ke a molti utenti l' RGH non interessa... chi vuole giocare senza sbattimenti si indirizza sulla mod Fw o sull' ODE.

Ma una volta che hai una console con RGH puoi benissimo giocare come se avessi un ODE quindi perché pagare due volte? Prima per il RGH e poi per farmi installare un ODE?
Secondo me non ha molto senso :)

Di solito sono un grande estimatore di quella antica saggezza intrisa di grandi verità immutate nel corso della storia.

Il fine giustifica i mezzi.

In questo caso, 500 anni circa di storia ("De Principatibus" di Nicolo Machiavelli è del 1513), vengono ribaltati dall'utilizzo distorto ed antieconomico di un archibugio (l'ODE) che per poter essere utilizzato richiede "lo spreco" di un più performante artifizio tecnologico moderno (l'RGH).

Sul piano morale non sono mai stato daccordo con il nostro fiorentino Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli...ma a questo punto, anche in ambito pratico, credo sia totalmente da aborrire.......
